Matt has made Colorado his home since 1999. A native of South Dakota, Matt came to Colorado to wrestle for the University of Northern Colorado. He was active and competed for 5 years on the mat. He met his wife during that time and they chose to make Greeley their home. The father of two children, Matt realizes the importance of a “family approach” towards everyday living as well as business practices.
Matt has 5 years experience in Facility Administration and supervision of over 60 employees. Responsible for a multi-million dollar budget, He has the fiscal budgetary experience to meet the needs of his customers. Serving as his company’s Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Officer (EEOCO), Matt is sensitive to the needs of each and every individual and has an understanding of how to deal with sensitive and difficult situations.

He has served as the President of his Home Owners Association and brings knowledge and competence regarding Association Management. Matt also serves on the board for Greeley Transitional House. He has embraced that position with a passion and energy that has helped them to grow and improve their program significantly.
Matt is active in the community association industry by keeping his finger on the pulse of new laws and regulations passed by the State of Colorado and providing guidance to the boards under his care. Continuing on his quest to provide the best services possible, Matt continues to expand his knowledge by enrolling in classes through the Community Association Institute.
