Given the current and growing concerns surrounding the COVID 19 pandemic, Axis Management has implemented the following procedures effective immediately:

  • The Main Office will be closed to the general public. The office does have a secured lockbox located directly outside the front door that owners/tenants can utilize for dropping off payments. This box will be checked multiple times per day to ensure payments are received. If you are in need of dropping off plans, applications etc. we ask that you utilize electronic mail as much as possible. These items can be sent to either of the following addresses:
  • The Main Office will continue to operate during this time, however we will not be opening the doors for the general public. While you may see staff present in the office, the direction is that they not open the door to provide for the proper social distancing that is being recommended. We understand this will cause a certain level of frustration but this direction is necessary in order to protect not only the general public but our staff as well. We ask that individuals refrain from knocking on the door or pounding on the glass to gain the attention of staff.
  • Phone calls will continue to be answered, however given the level of calls we may be delayed. Please leave a message and they will be routed to the individuals responsible for their return call.
  • All scheduled in person meetings as well as planned annual meetings will be canceled or postponed. We will be reaching out to individual boards to determine the ability for virtual meetings and plan those accordingly.

While we are striving to limit the disruptions to the operations we ask that everyone observe a level of patience in this ever evolving situation. We continue to monitor updates from our Government on the changing restrictions and will modify as necessary.
